job responsibilities
1. Have more than 5 years of experience in engineering management in lighting or electromechanical installation or municipal engineering, and have a corresponding understanding of lighting technology, electrical technology, automation technology, and LED lighting technology;
2. Be proficient in the application of basic tool software, including: CAD, PPT, Excel, Word, Glodon (or Shenji Miaosuan, Hongye, PKPM), Project (or other project management software), data software, etc.;
3. Familiar with the basic process of lighting (or electromechanical, municipal, etc.) engineering scheme design and detailed design, and be able to use CAD to draw simple construction drawings and read electrical drawings;
4. Familiar with project bidding and able to prepare technical documents for bidding;
5. Familiar with project cost, project data, etc., able to independently compile project data, budget, settlement and other documents;
6. Familiar with labor management, engineering materials, engineering machinery, general construction techniques of various majors, etc.;
7. Have rich experience in project management, be able to independently complete various tasks in project management, coordinate the cooperation work of various professional colleagues of the company, and coordinate the cooperation work of external units;
8. Possess rich experience in engineering technology, proficient in engineering technical specifications, and able to inspect, guide and accept various construction links such as technology and safety of mechanical and electrical installation work;
9. Skilled in technical communication and business communication;
10. Have teamwork ability and corresponding leadership ability;
11. Have the quality of hard-working, able to adapt to greater work intensity;
12. Be able to adapt to frequent overtime and business trips according to the project situation;
13. Experience in lighting engineering or electromechanical installation engineering management is preferred.
job requirements
1. Age 25~45 years old; 2. Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering, majors in the university: lighting and light sources, electrical, automation, broadcasting and communication, municipal administration, engineering management, engineering cost and related science and engineering majors.
3. Possess the national first-level or second-level construction engineer qualification certificate (electromechanical installation, municipal administration, communication, radio and television, etc.);
4. It is preferred to have intermediate and senior professional titles;
